Receive Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location within 7 days.
Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
