We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
PO Box delivery is available for standard shipping only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Most orders can be tracked on the carrier's website within 24 hours of shipment. For questions about your tracking number, contact info@nexagoods.store.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Please keep all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged, as they may be needed for a carrier claim.
